How to Deposit Funds

Step 1: Log in to your account and select the “Deposit” tab under “Wallet & Order” in the dashboard.

Step 2: Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit from the drop-down menu. The box will display USD by default.

Step 3: Copy the CoinFLEX.US deposit wallet address for the selected coin, and paste it into the platform from which you are depositing cryptocurrency. Alternatively, scan the corresponding QR code.

How to Deposit Cash (USD)

For cash deposits, you have the option to deposit funds via a bank transfer.

Step 1: Enter the Deposit page.

Step 2: Choose either US domestic or international transfers. When making international transfers, make sure you include the unique reference number assigned to your account when creating the transfer.

International deposits are assigned based on the included reference. Failing to include the reference will cause severe clearing delays.
