How to Reset Your Password

There are two ways to reset your password. The first method is directly through the login page, and the second method is through the security page.

Method 1

Step 1: Select the "Login" button on the upper right corner of the homepage, and then select "Forgot Password."

Step 2: Enter your email address and click "Submit". Complete the slider puzzle to move forward to the next step.

Step 3: You will receive an email with the confirmation code necessary to reset your password.

Step 4: Enter the code sent to you into the "Verification Code" box and click "Submit".

Step 5: Create a new password and click "Submit".

Method 2: Click “Reset” under Account Security in the Dashboard. Follow the same steps as Method 1.
